ARE YOU STILL STRUGGLING WITH SLEEP?
Are you always tired, no matter how long you sleep? Or do you keep waking up at night, sometimes tossing and turning all night long?
Do you lack the energy and motivation to get anything done during the day? Are your relationships suffering as a result?
If any of this sounds like you, I'm going to reveal the one thing that your doctor doesn't know about that could be preventing you from getting the sleep you need to enjoy your life again.
Hi, I'm Dr. Steven Park, and I know how you feel.
As an ENT surgeon for over 20 years and sleep medicine doctor for 10 years, I've seen countless patients like you who are struggling with poor sleep.
You may also have no energy or vitality to enjoy life, have fulfilling relationships, or be more productive in general.
Throughout my lifetime, despite my thin and healthy appearance, I never felt healthy or happy. I was always drowsy, falling asleep all the time during classes in high school, college and medical school.
What saved me was choosing a profession (as a surgeon) where I got to stand or run around all day (and night) long.
It's a miracle that I was able to finish my education in some of the top schools and programs in the country.
But then everything changed. For my 50th birthday, my doctor recommended a colonoscopy. Everything went smoothly with a clean bill of health.
However, for the next 5 to 6 months, I had chronic bouts of constipation, diarrhea, and bloating.

I became severely sensitive to gluten and lost 10 pounds. I had intense brain fog at the end of the day, where I couldn't function at all.
I was also falling asleep at the wheel. A sleep study was negative for sleep apnea. My doctors were puzzled.
It then got to the point where I had to make some dramatic changes after what happened at the airport...
I arrived with plenty of time for an early morning flight to a sleep meeting in Minneapolis.
I checked in and was waiting to board, sitting next to the gate. Inadvertently, I fell asleep and didn't hear the boarding announcements, and missed my flight.
How embarrassing!
Imagine a sleep doctor who falls asleep and misses his flight to a sleep meeting. Luckily I was able to get on the next flight only an hour later.
In my practice, I discovered that many of my patients were also tired and sleepy all the time, but didn't officially have sleep apnea. Just like me!
Most of these patients did well with traditional methods to treat insomnia, but there were some that didn't respond. Almost every one of these nonresponders had severe dental crowding and a small mouth.
I began recommending dental appliances to enlarge the airway, and many of the results were amazing.
Some of the devices moved the lower jaw forward, and others expanded the jaws from side to side.
Most felt better without any medications, devices, or surgery. Some needed surgery with similarly good results.
I have to admit that I've never been a good patient, and was extremely reluctant about wearing something in my mouth.
Just after the airport embarrassment, my wife Kathy started wearing a palatal widening appliance for her fatigue problems with good results.
So I took the plunge and wore another type of appliance, and started a gluten/sugar/dairy-free diet as well. I also started taking certain vitamins and supplements regularly.
We eliminated all sources of toxins in our personal care and household cleaning products. We even switched to fluoride-free water.
Now I'm happy to report that I have my life back.
Currently, I'm able to sleep much better, waking up refreshed in the morning after 7 hours of sleep.
The chronic feeling of fatigue and brain fog lifted, and I feel like a new man.
My bowel movements are now normal, and my running routine is better than ever.
I can now play with my youngest son Brennan again at night. I don't take any prescription medications, nor do I ever plan to.
I truly believe that we now have the
information to be able to achieve optimal health and wellness with minimal to no intervention from conventional medicine.
Medications can never make you healthy. Obviously, certain conditions need to be addressed by doctors, such as for trauma or certain infectious diseases.
But the path to true wellness is not easy, especially when our society is rigged to have you enter the health care system sooner or later.
It's like the old Roach Motel commercial: "You can check in, but you can't check out."
Early in my career, I made the dramatic discovery that all modern humans have trouble breathing at night due to our jaws slowly shrinking.
The reason why everyone needs braces now is that the jaws are too small to hold all our teeth.
As we have more dental crowding, more teeth need to be removed for various reasons.
The more we have dental crowding and the more teeth that come out, the smaller our airways became.
This causes a major problem during sleep, which is when our muscles are most relaxed, leading to multiple breathing pauses and interrupted sleep.
Granted, obstructive sleep apnea is the end extreme of the condition that I'm describing, but most people with this condition don't have obstructive sleep apnea.
Rather, it's called upper airway resistance syndrome, which is more commonly seen in younger, thin men and women who don't have obstructive sleep apnea based on sleep studies. This conditon typically gets worse with age, especially if you gain weight, or in women during their peri-menopausal years.
This is the one thing that most doctors don’t know about. Without addressing this one thing, whatever treatment your doctor offers you won’t be good enough.
I wrote about this condition in my book,
Sleep Interrupted: A physician reveals the #1 reason why so many of us are sick and tired, which became an Amazon best-seller.
This may sound strange, but I feel that I learned the most by listening to my patients, no matter how crazy or far-fetched they seemed. More than from medical textbooks or journals.
I remember one middle-aged man who went to see over 10 doctors complaining that he felt a sensation of a flap or a valve closing off in his throat whenever he inhaled quickly.
All the doctors told him his exam was normal and they could see nothing wrong.
Some even told him to see a psychiatrist.
Sure enough, when I took this man into the operating room to perform upper airway endoscopy during sleep, I saw that there was something closing off in his throat during inhalation. We later took care of the problem and he was happy to be breathing again.
I feel that it is a true privilege to be able to listen to and learn from all my patients. This was my most important form of education.
When I began to apply what I discovered into my practice, patients began to do much better as well. They were breathing better, sleeping better, and thrilled with the results.
Most of these habits and techniques can be done at home, without prescription medications or surgery.
I then brought this information out to the public with my wife Kathy on our Breathe Better, Sleep Better, Live Better Podcast.
While it was gratifying to see improvements in my patients one at a time, I thought it would be irresponsible not to bring this important information to as many people as possible.
In fact, I quit practicing medicine entirely so that I can put 100% of my time, energy, and passion into bringing you this important information.
These proven methods can dramatically improve your sleep quality so that you can have the energy and focus to be present for your family and friends, as well as to not feel like you're dragging all the time.
It took a few months, but I finally combined everything I learned over the past 20 years into something that I'm excited to share with you. It's called Your Health Transformation Workbook: Restore, Refresh, and Rejuvenate Your Life.

People come from all over the United States and even other parts of the world to see me for their sleep and breathing problems.
These areas include Alaska, Canada, Mexico, South America, Spain, England, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and even the Antarctic. And this is for only a 20-minute office visit.
Now that I'm not practicing anymore, people are paying me $459 for a 30-minute virtual coaching session.
Even if you were to make an appointment to see a sleep doctor, that will take a few weeks to schedule an appointment.
You may have to drive about 30-45 minutes to get to the doctor's office, pay $25 for your copay, wait anywhere from 10-45 minutes to see the doctor, and spend only 10-20 minutes with the doctor.
With this workbook, you can start reading and implementing the steps to help you sleep better the same day.
The workbook will guide you through a Q&A format to prioritize the most important areas of your health that need to be addressed. It's broken down into 5 sections or domains.
Each domain is a focused and distilled summary of the most important issues
to address, based on hundrerds of hours of research for my clinical reserach projects, as well as for my blog and podcast, and years of teaching this to my patients and online community.
It's important to note that good sleep doesn't happen by addressing only your sleep problems.
Optimal sleep can only occur when you address all the other various components of your life, including the 5 domains that I mentioned above.
I'm confident that for many of you who follow the steps in this workbook, you may not even need to see a sleep doctor.
But even if you do end up seeing one, the sleep doctor will not address all the other comprehensive areas that are covered in this workbook. Not in a 20-minute visit.
If do you have obstructive sleep apnea, and if losing weight and following the steps don't help, then you should see a sleep doctor.
My ultimate goal is to give you the tools so that to don't have to see doctors in general.
This is why I priced this workbook at $79, which is the price that's on my website.
But for those of you reading this right now, I'm offering it to you for a special price of only $39.
